Meet Dan Kellermeyer
After graduating from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in Professional Flight, Dan faced a virtually non-existent job market for pilots. With lofty student loan bills, he hit pause on his dream career and quickly entered the workforce taking a job in sales.
In the following 8 years, Dan wore many hats working in Customer Service, Project Management, and IT. During this time, he also discovered the fulfillment of paying off debt and building a strong financial foundation. These experiences inspired him to pursue a career in financial planning.
After passing the CFP® exam in 2016, Dan launched his own RIA, serving the aviation community, and began to officially change careers. While launching the financial planning firm, Dan realized he enjoyed the operational aspect of the business, researching the best technology options and building efficient business processes.
Dan is relying on his own experiences as an RIA owner and background in business analysis to help other RIA owners with building or optimizing their practice.
When Dan isn’t playing with the newest technology, you will find him on the road with his wonderful wife Tracy. Dan and Tracy both love traveling, and are currently house sitting their way across the country! If you’re intrigued, you can visit their blog, Sitters On Tour.
